Gas Stations in Manhattan

New York City known for it’s dependency on public transportation. It’s the only city in the US where over half of the households don’t own a car and in Manhattan, it’s closer to 75%.

Despite Trump pulling out of the Paris Climate Agreement and the federal government showing a lack of incentive towards improving the environment, that hasn’t stopped the country and it’s cities from progressing.

In Manhattan there’s another deterrent from using cars. Gas stations are disappearing. The high property value makes it worth selling to developers. There are now more charging stations than gas stations below 80th Street and with property values going up, it doesn’t seem like there’ll be any gas stations left in Manhattan.
